DHL SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I have two shipments that i URGENTLY need help on, i have tried phoning and emailing DHL for almost 10 days STILL with NO LUCK - our company use this DHL service alot and with the service like it is I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN - i tried calling *** / *** and cannot get through to anybody, it just says network is congested - i have tried emailing Selina Muwkevho (DHL ZA), external <***>; ***; ***; ***; ***; ***; ***; '***' and NOT ONE PERSON GETS BACK TO ME
