Dhl said i will not receive my product

Do i have to force a doctor to prescribe something he knows nothing about it? Am really angry and disappointed that am going to lose my money i used to buy and ship my flat tummy tea. dhl should request doctors prescription when shipping products that they know they require doctors prescription. i went to the doctor and the doctor said he cannot prescribe something he doesn't know anything about it. So dhl said they will not deliver my tea without doctors prescription, so what should i do if the doctor is not giving me prescription. honestly i thought a doctor prescribe then you buy what's prescribed by doctor but with dhl you must buy the product get it shipped then after it has been shipped they tell you that this product requires prescription so go to the doctor for prescription otherwise u won't receive the product. I did not know tea require doctors prescription i was not going to order it because now this is a loss to me wereas dhl gained from the money i used to ship products that i will not receive.
