DHL SA useless and making people clowns

My husband has been waiting for his parcel sent on 17/07/2020 from University of the Free State Business School, Bloemfontein. To date the parcel has not arrived. The study curriculum is ongoing and he is falling behind on his School work. Business school is not cheap and DHL is making him fall behind.

My husband has been calling DHL daily for the past week and no one seems to know where the parcel is. This is incompetency on its highest level. The tracking number is ***.

Is DHL going to refund the fees he paid to the business school as they are causing these delays?? He has spoken to so many people who have resulted in just being useless to this matter!! I want answers and want them NOW!! You have ****ed with us for a long time now and we are ****en tired!! The list of people he corresponded with are: - Jacob, - Mmathabo Thobejane, - Francis Pietersen, - Clementine Ma***a, - Dikeledi (Supervisor)& - Kefilwe (Dikeledi’s boss). After speaking to the whole of DHL above, there is no conclusion on this matter and the parcel went AWOL!! No one knows where it is. Due to delays in the delivery, he even sent them the form called “letter to redirect” instructing them to let him come fetch the parcel himself from wherever it is in Johannesburg; he was however told that it is at Peter Road. To our amazement, the parcel can’t be found on the system thus it would be useless going there and find no parcel. Can someone resolve this matter as he is traveling tomorrow for work, therefore, meaning one more week without his books !!!! That material must come TODAY before he goes in the tomorrow morning.

This matter is rather URGENT!!!!!!!!!!!
