DHL - SA Post Office

Two parcels were sent to me from Germany on 30.09.2021 - Tracking No CQ***DE. They only arrived on 13.10.2021, 2 weeks later and to my horror were delivered by the SA Post Office a completely dysfunctional and ******* entity! Upon delivery the SA Post Office driver said I need to pay over R3000.00 IN CASH!! This seemed very suspicious never mind that I don't keep that kind of cash lying around just in case the post office rock up - how are your customers meant to know this? DHL is destroying is name by using the SA Post Office. We will be moving all our business to any other courier who does not use the post office!
