DHL SA - might as well walk

I sent an important document from Europe to East London it passed through 4 countries in two days (very impressive). When if got to SA the brakes were turned on.... It arrived in Cape Town in the morning and 24 hours later it was processed! It then departed the DHL facility that afternoon (according to the tracking), one would think the next morning it would be in East London - nope, it arrived in EL two days later. When I called DHL in EL the lady was very helpful and she told me that the document had just arrived from CT, meaning it has sat there for 3 DAYS!!! despite the tracking that said it had already departed.

The DHL chat facility on the website were not interested to help saying I should contact DHL --- BUT YOU ARE DHL - DUH....
