After querying this as the package consisted of; 2x 40g chocolates - 2x makeup pencils - 1x face cream 100g After speaking to a DHL consultant and saying the value of the "present" can not even be R 1000.00 in SA - the respond was "yes that is why this must rather be purchase in SA".......
