DHL RESPONSES HERE ARE SYSTEM AUTOMATED - SHOCKING!!

I left a review here 2 weeks back, really desperate for some assistance, my small package of 2 handbags has not been delivered yet. Was happy to receive a reponse from BUSISIWE saying she'd call within 24 hours. Nothing happened!! So I rep**** again.

Just checked other reviews now and oh my word it turns out customers are receiving an automated response from DHL. I'm In TOTAL SHOCK!!!

Wish I can reach out to other clients here with a similar issue, so we can come up with a plan!
