Dear Justine,

Thank you for taking the time to post to us.

DHL Express enjoys excellent relations with Customs and other related Authorities worldwide and we seldom encounter difficulties. We are unable to intercede with their procedures and regulations, as they are Government controlled entities and we have to abide to their rules and regulations. All cargo imported and exported to any country has to be lodged to Customs, regardless of the transit method. All cargo will be raised with either Duties or Taxes, pending the final clearance processes.

I wish to advise that the delay in the Clearance of this shipment is due to the standard Clearance Process as stipulated by the South African Customs & Excise Department in Johannesburg.

In order for this consignment to be cleared and released for delivery the following is needed:

* Commercial Invoice

Please use the link sent to you on email to generate a commercial invoice so we can be able to process clearance and delivery of your shipment at the earliest possible.

Regards,
