DHL Portland - Bad, Bad Service Delivery

Banggood shipped my order with the wrong address via DHL. My friend Reuben in Medford is waiting now for over a month to received my packages. Now it is Stuck in Portland DHL. I have called them several times to correct the Address on my order package, so that they can deliver it correctly to my friends address in Medford, but they are so rude there and not willing to help at all. The guy I spoke to just simply gave me attitude and then hung up on me. Now they want to return it all the way back to New York. This service is disgusting and very unprofessional. I was actually considering using DHL, to deliver my 3 packages from Medford, all the way to me here in Johannesburg South Africa, but not anymore and will not recommend them ever.
