Dhl poor service

Been waiting for a package. Was due the 21st of December.

It is the 27th as of writing.

Has been on hold since the 18th of December its been 9 days I understand the 2 public holidays in between.

However the due date was long before that.

If I phone I don't get much help other than being transferred to a department who then proceeds to say the same as the last. Which is " we will get it sorted out "
