DHL poor service
DHL has giving be accesable service. They have given me 4 different tracking numbers for 1 parcel. Monday they called and told me that parcel had arrive and they waiting for me to pay the duties and my parcel will be delivered last on Wednesday. I paid the duties on the same day. Today I called to see why my parcel was not delivered and I was told that my parcel is not in the country yet and is still with the shipper.
At this point I really am so frustrated and would not do business with DHL again.

Please accept my sincere apology for the way we have handled this matter. I did receive your complaint and looking into it, I am personally investigating what transpired and will my utmost to get the matter resolved and make sure that the same incident does not happen again.
