DHL pathetic service
I purchased 2 bottle of honey from Ubuy online 2 months ago...I received 1 bottle directly to my home with no issues. The 2nd bottle has still been delivered emails back n forth flying around with no solution. Ref: ***...how they hell must I get or pay for an Import Permit for one bottle of honey when I don't own business and I purchased it for health reasons. I am getting no joy no solution and now DHL is threatening me with a destroyer payment of R5000...this is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. To receive 1 of the same item and not the other in the same process is pure incompetence inconsistent and utterly *********.
