DHL PATHETIC SERVICE
Been trying to contact customer care or any of the branches since last week and have not been able to get through to speak to anyone. None of the Durban branch numbers even exist currently. Tried tracking parcel with tracking number - COMES UP UNSUCCESSFUL. E- mail address on the site promises a reply within seconds, 2 days later still no reply
