DHL Pathetic Service

I have to admit that I am really really disappointed. I paid a full price for my shipping but I had to drive all the way from home to go and fetch my parcel because Ram Couriers had halted all deliveries going to Umlazi and this was done without us being notified and yet my contact details are on the package. I will be posting another review on Hello Peter on such disgraceful service. If DHL outsources some of its deliveries why can't they do follow ups? I had to drive more than 30km to physically collect my package from Ram Couriers. This service was totally unacceptable and I'm sure other people are waiting for their packages as well from your third party delivery companies and they won't even be notified that their packages will not be delivered.

DHL has failed me, I waited for a whole week for a package that was already in my town b!!!
