DHL - Pathetic "service"

I paid for a document to be collected from Durban and couriered to Canada on 22 November 2019. I have made several requests regarding the delivery and have been met with unresponsiveness from DHL. DHL, I am extremely disappointed in your company. If you are not prepared to effect the delivery, please refund me so that I can use an alternate service provider.
