DHL pathetic
do not recommend using @DHLexpress my boyfriend asked them to mail his documents and they took foreeeever,when they finally did it was the wrong documents not to mention someone’s marriage certificate that does not include my boyfriends details at all. So ********* pathetic service.til today they have never even had the decency to call him back and apologise.What a disgrace which company operates like this?Absolutely poor service!#DHL #Unsolved #poorcustomerservice
