DHL PARCEL STUCK IN GERMANY FOR 17 DAYS. no help or response from DHL support.

I ordered a parcel from the US on Black Friday and its been stuck since the 19th of December last year in Germany Frankfurt. It hasn't moved an inch nor has it arrived in South Africa. I'm so frustrated. It shouldn't take long. I don't want a refund I just want my limited addition items. I needed it before Christmas but I didn't expect DHL to be so slow. DHL needs to sort itself out. Tracking is probably not updating. I don't know where my parcel is. All I know is that its stuck in Germany. This is so ridiculous. I even paid for delivery! I keep contacting and emailing customer support since last month and not even a single response.
