DHL parcel not delivered due to lack of communication upon courier arrival

Good day I did not receive my DHL shipment as the deliverer did not either call or send a message upon arrival yet I was home the entire time,and this is not the 1st time I once experienced a similar problem with DHL as my highly confidential parcel was dropped off to a colleague without my knowledge or any communication whatsoever
