DHL Overnight Express is late by more than 2 days and no urgency from DHL
Pickup from Johannesburg to Cape Town is more than 2 days late. Absolutely shocking service with no feedback form DHL, no excuse for late delivery and no urgency. People who pay a premium for overnight express usually want the items delivered urgently. I constantly have to hound them for updates. Latest reference number is ********** 68. Will never use them again. In hindsight I should have flown up to Johannesburg, collected the parcel in person, and flown back to Cape Town. Would have cost slightly more, but at least I would have been assured of overnight delivery. Thoroughly disappointed.
