DHL overcharging customers and not refunding back when they are at fault

Worst service from dhl South Africa for a shipment coming abroad, shipment took close to 2 weeks fine then I was told to pay R4085 only to find out I was overcharged and was supposed to pay R1600

I’ve been emailing them now for a resolution and refund since they acknowledged their fault but still no reply.

Pathetic
