DHL NOT TO BE TRUSTED
You cannot trust DHL. They gave us a long, dodge explanation for why one parcel was taxed further in South Africa while another was not, both marked the same on the invoice and sent within 2 months of each other. We will never use this company again. With many courier companies out there why should we use a **** company that tries to make quick and easy money from faithful customers? Their customer service executives claimed to have called us when they did not. Even their presence here on hellopeter is dodge: we noticed that every time someone posts a negative review of DHL it is followed by a slew of positive reviews which we believe are written by DHL themselves to take the heat off. Disgusting service and exploitative operations from DHL. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE DHL WHICH CAN'T BE TRUSTED!!!
