DHL not informing that they will deliver package
I have been waiting for a package to be delivered from DHL for about three weeks. Today they phone me that they are at my house with the package, but I was not informed that they will deliver today. I asked the delivery guy to wait as no one is home and I work 20 min away from home. When i got home he decided to leave. They are messing around. A basic would at least be to inform me when delivery will take place. Many other courier companies can get this right.
