DHL-NON-EXISTENT CUSOTMER

On 12 April, I called to arrange a collection with DHL and I told the Customer Service Agent John Mpondo that the parcel contained Masks. He emailed me an AirwayBill stating that the parcel had documents. I emailed him to correct this since this is lock down and these are Masks. He did not and we had no option to correct on our side as customers. A parcel that was supposed to be delivered by 12pm on 15 April was only delivered Friday afternoon 17 April...So much for paying for DHL. I should have used the Post Office. I was told the parcel took long to be delivered because I indicated Documents. Imagine my surprise. An agent called called Bongiwe Maphalu called me back after I complained about the delay. Instead of dealing with my query, her first question to me when I asked her to speak English was, "Dont you speak Zulu"? She asked? My interaction with DHL does not require me to speak Zulu and I found this approach offensive. To add injury to insult, on 20 April I received a letter from an Avery Visgie at DHL starting with the legal terms, "WITHOUT PREJUDICE", in response to my query about the delay in delivering my parcel. This is a company that says they have been delivering 50 years of Excellence. I never experienced any Excellence in the entire process.
