DHL NO GO
I can recommend many other couriers except DHL and when they bill you 3 times more thats ok with them. Please make sure you do not believe the amount they quote on the online system and for almost 4 month now its just excuses and still no refund. A parcel that weighs 300grams or less 150mm x 100mm will cost you with Dhl one day 500 rands and when they make a mistake it costs 1700 rand

With all due respect the person dealing with this matter since last year that apparently Left should have escalated this And then you remark yesterday why did I wait so long hence all emails and communication will also be attached shortly to claim my statement showing how long feedback takes with dhl and telephonic calls etc.
Also if your system changed with calculation in this regard i will gladly attach relevant info to my billing statement of previous parcel same weight and dimensions but triple the price.
Your last email read refund in process and thereafter you gave me just the same message your system reflects last year so sorry no effort was done in this matter just copy and paste effort
