DHL NIGHTMARE

It's 18 days later, and between myself as the sender and the recipient, we still don't know who must write a letter.

The parcel was sent fro south Africa in Durban to Honduras. Waybill ***.

DHL says the receiver must write a clearance letter to a broker in Honduras, the receiver says I should etmrite it according to to the broker.

I'm at my wits end, lost all patience in DHL's ability to make a first time international posting a breeze.

It almost seems as if DHL is doing this for the first time.

Tembi from DHL was supposed to secure the brokers details, so me and the receiver could work this out ourselves, still nothing, and that was 4 days ago.

Totally and utterly disillusioned with such pathetic service.
