DHL Nelspruit

in the last 4 months we were meant to receive 2 deliveries from Germany. Neither one of our deliveries were delivered to us. According to the tracking number the parcel gets to the Nelspruit office and then we get notication that it has been delivered.

Fortunately both German companies that we dealt with has excellent customer service. Offered to refund our money without hesitation but we wanted the products we ordered. One item was shipped to England to a friend and they sent it to us via another company. The 2nd parcel was sent to my son in Houston Texas with FedEx. No problem it arrived in 2 days. Very disappointed with DHL Nelspruit. Lost my trust in your company.
