DHL ***** my packages! Refuse to explain where my goods are, they are *******!

DHL have ****** 2 consecutive parcels containing expensive gifts! They are disgusting!!! Their first excuse was they 'couldn't find a route or road in SA' to ny address, bearing in mind the items were shipped from UK to OR Tambo and needed to come from Kempton to Centurion. They **** for weeks, said returned to sender, now they refuse to entertain any insurance claim or tell us what happened to my packages! Lying *******, dont ever use DJL!!!!Tracking packages nrs: *** & ***, they stole my goods and simple **** to me throughout!!!!
