DHL messes up and I get inconvenienced

My shipment arrived in CPT yesterday. I phoned and spoke to Shamiela who advised it is cleared and I can collect. Drove all the way there and got told DHL calculated customs tax incorrectly and I need to make the payment - waisted the trip and my time - anyway so I got asked to EFT the difference and send POP to Abubaker and to Shamiela and got promised delivery will be this morning. Still no delivery and no one can tell me what the hell is going on! If this is the service I wanted I would've used my regular courier but I needed this shipment urgently. AWB***
