DHL making life easier

In a world where bad service has become the norm, DHL maintains a wonderful standard of helpfulness and service. I sent a parcel to Nairobi which arrived on time and when I picked up a mistake on the delivery method and called the call center, the mistake was rectified immediately. I also got an email informing me that the parcel was delivered successfully. This also goes for the DHL call center in Nairobi where i also got outstanding service.<br> Thanks DHL!
