Dhl lost my package
I can't believe in 2021 DHL has no controls in place to avoid giving packages to wrong people without confirming identity. A DHL courier supposedly gave my package to a wrong person at a wrong address and now I'm here waiting for an investigation to be conducted. I'm really upset that I made time to receive my package only for this to happen.
