DHL Lost an Important Time Sensitive Document

I requested that DHL pick up a Certificate for me from the USA . I completed all the paperwork on the 08 September 2015 , and pick up was arranged for the 9th September 2015 . DHL Waybill *** . The document was required very urgently hence I arranged with DHL to have it couried to me . <br> <br> From the tracking details I noticed , no indication that the document was picked up by the courier . <br> The Pick Up point confirmed that a DHL representative had picked up the document on the 9th September 2015 . Turns out DHL picked up my doc and subsequently lost it.<br> <br> Early morning 10th September I escalated my enquiry to DHL management [an option on their website ] as not only did I require the document very urgently but it was also a sensitive document certified by a USA Govt department . I received an acknowledgement from a DHL rep that they were looking into this . Midday I queried again and they advised they were awaiting a response from the USA . End of second day still no response for a shipment that is not only very time sensitive but also very important . Left in the dark as to what DHL are doing or find this document or any action they intend undertaking to locate item
