DHL LOST A DOCUMENT *

<p>My daughter flew from Scotland to South Africa to renew her driver's license. I sent the license with DHL as she had to get back to work. </p> <p>DHL LOST THE DOCUMENT. The only way she can repeat this process is if she is in South Africa. She cannot afford another flight and this is affecting her job as driving forms part of her jub. </p>

Well the email summed it up. DHL will only cover the cost of my daughters license to be reissued. How is she supposed to do this without being in the country. (Finger prints required). And they say they care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
