DHL LIE ABOUT HIJACK & LOSING PARCELS

Whatever you do, don’t use DHL. They’ve lost my parcel and sent me an email saying RAM depot was invaded, when I called, they said the driver was hijacked. I’ve sent emails back and forth about my missing parcel that was from Tanzania and now they’re saying they aren’t accountable for having lost the parcel because it wasn’t in their control. The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE RECEIVED!!!!! I need a case number so I can take this further as the good were paid for and you don’t come as a service provider that’s meant to transport good safely from one place to another and then not be accountable for having lost them, so we just move on them???? Absolute incompetence from DHL. Don’t touch them or even go anywhere near them. Just the week before I was praising them for following up with that parcel they had been keeping for so long. The parcel was from Tanzania to SA and this lie of constant hijacking story is old, these companies must be reviewed and we must start with DHL!!!!!
