DHL KEEP MY PARCEL WITH NO PROPER EXPLANATION

I have 2 weeks waiting for clearance of parcel:awb ***, I went through customs clerance for a week, when i complained I received fromGugu Mngomezulu to notify it was going through custom AUDIT, I asked what was wrong with parcel and What I need to do to get parcel cleared , I was told They will come back to me, A week went by no action or correspondence , I started send emails to lodge disstisfaction of bad service , tried to call Tel: *** which play music non stop &amp
