DHL is worse than the Post Office

I am very unhappy with DHL, as I needed stock urgently from US for my business. I payed over $ 550 (R6446) for shipping, and what I do believe is a absurd price to pay. My parcel was shipped the 15th of January from the US and arrived on the 18th of January in South Africa. As from this day I am still awaiting for my parcel and I am losing business. Each day they have a new problem with the package, and keep giving me excuses on why my packed can not be collected. I call them each day and they keep saying the same thing, they are waiting for customs. The people I am speaking to each day is Abbas and Glenn (Supervisor). I shipped another package through the Post Office at the same time and I will be getting that parcel Monday (2 February) with no hassle. It is pathetic, I payed $103 (R1207) to get my parcel from the US to South Africa, and I used the Post Office. I Payed over R5400 more for DHL, I will never use DHL again.
