DHL is the worst delivery company ever , don't ever use them if you know whats good for you

Had the most horrifying experience with DHL when I order a petrol pump for my car , The package was supposed to get delivered on the 8th Jan , almost 4 weeks later nothing ,

I tried contacting DHL regarding the issue , and I was told The shipment was cleared incorrectly , entry clerks used the incorrect tarrif code for Customs clearance . Which resulted in me paying an extra fee .

For almost two weeks going back and forth with DHL and they keep telling me one thing that they are still investigating .

To top it off , One of their staff emails me telling me they will charge me R 1500 for storage as my package is taking too long to be cleared , I mean ***F , how do they expect me to pay storage fees when it was an error done by them .

And It doesnt seem like I am getting my package anytime soon because they are not fast tracking the process , I am done calling them , I've noticed my lawyers and I am planning on suing them for this.
