DHL is Superb.

I have ordered some of my supplements through overseas online site several times. There were three courier companies in their list for the delivery. Aramex-No delivery cost over certain amount but expected delivery date was about one week later than other companies. UPS-Certain amount for the delivery but cheaper than DHL and expected delivery date was several days later than DHL. DHL-delivery cost was about R200 but expected delivery date was quicker than the above companies. For the first order, I decided to go for UPS as I thought UPS was reputable company and they have branches world wide. When the parcel had arrived in South Africa, UPS contacted me immediately to get my info for the customs clearance. I thought I had a good choice and the delivery would be quicker than expected. However since then there’s was no action from their side. After calling them numerous times and visiting UPS Office physically, the delivery took more than two weeks. (I ordered 28Oct2019 and the delivery was on 13Nov2019) For the second order, I chose Aramex since there’s no delivery cost and from my previous experience with UPS service, the time of delivery would be the same as UPS. Why do I have to pay more? But Aramex even didn’t contact me to get my info for the customs clearance eventhough the parcel already had arrived in South Africa. I called and asked them “don’t you need my ID for the customs clearance?” The answer was ‘Yes.” I told them “ you are supposed to contact me before I called you as UPS did?” The answer was “All the companies have different policies and we have our own policy.” The delivery took about 3weeks. For the next order, I decided to go DHL even paying more. I have had a call from DHL asking my ID even before the parcel arrived to South Africa and sent email to request payment for the customs duty then the parcel was delivered in 4days, which was unbelievable. This time I ordered on 08 Mar and got the delivery today, 12Mar. I give a big compliment to DHL. Surely the service of DHL is far superb and reliable.
