DHL is not good for official documents

Hi everyone, I paid the premium R350 to get my official documents returned to me from the U.S. Consulate. They gave the package to RAM Couriers and it wasn't delivered even though the courier has it with them. The driver even **** and said they tried to call me. So now my official documents might be at some random persons house until tomorrow. Don't we pay premium for better service? This is a recipe for Identity theft. Do not use the service to deliver your official documents. I'll be back tomorrow if my parcel didn't arrive or if my parcel has been opened before it reached my hands.
