DHL is disgusting. Daylight ******s.

DHL is the worst service provider.Before sending my gift , I asked them if there are any charges to be paid when the gift arrives at it's destination and they told me, it was customs duty.And from my knowledge of customs duty, I agreed to send my gift.When the gift arrived at it's destination, the recipient did not receive any message.I followed up on phone, they told me of a clearance fee they never told me about but they said it was for the revenue authority. I phoned the destination country revenue office, only to be told a small amount as customs duty.I phoned DHL and told them about it, now they are pretending to be confused.They are charging me a fee above 80 percent the value of the gift.And it's not even customs duty.
