DHL is costing me money.
<p>On Thursday I paid for collecting my visum from visarequest in Pretoria. It was quite expensive since it was on short notice and I required overnight delivery. The visa is still at visarequest and was never collected. I had to move my plain ticket. I want my money back.</p>
