DHL is clueless
The worst courier company in the world. I uploaded documents for customs on the website just to see my parchel is awaiting clearance from the 6th to the 14th Phone the south african customer service a couple of times and everytime they send me a mail that i have to reply with the reviced documents. After i got difficult with them becaus I do not get these Mistry emails they sendin and the facked that i uploaded the documents on the 6 th i was told they do not know how the online system work even the supervisor 🙈🙈🙈
