DHL is by far the worst courier company.
Wow, Where do i start.
I cannot believe the terrible service DHL offers. It calls itself a Top 100 employer but offers the worst customer service. I have 3 shipments which have issues and sent numerous emails around. Sent through a complaint to their CEO's office which is just as useless as the rest.
Why do i as a business customer have to run around trying to get updates on my shipments.
