DHL is bad news!!!!

I've send 3 parcels to the kids from NZ to South Africa over the Christmas period. All paperwork were 100% before it were accepted at NZ Pist. 2 parcels were delivered with no hassles. The 3rd parcel were"hold up' at customs for no reason and then they asked my daughter to pay in and extra R921 before the parcel would be delivered. After we already paid $850 in NZ for Express service.

Last week the same happened again!!! It's my dad's birthday tomorrow and I've send him a gift parcel from NZ. Now it's hold up at customs AGAIN, this time for a split commercial invoice and it must be typed as they don't except handwritten documents. Do I need to carry a typewriter when I send a parcel to my love ones in SA??

THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
