DHL International's gross negligence!

I ordered something from China. During the first two weeks of August 2019 I could not track the shipment only to find out that it was delivered on the 12th of August to a NOMSA! I do not even know a Nomsa, DHL is dragging their feet tracking this shipment, how is it that nobody confirmed with me when they had my number and email address???? How is it possible that when they delivered to whoever they delivered they did not get their full name and ID Number and now its my fault that the driver doesn't remember, really! I am very disappointed and and furious at DHL International's display of gross negligence. What is the point of getting all my details then losing a shipment, they might as well leave it by the road side somewhere, a by-stander could do a way better job than them.

It has taken them a whole 3 days to get vehicle tracking information to determine where my shipment was lost!!!! A whole 3 days for something they can download with a single clic****
