DHL international terrible service
My experience with DHL has been going on since January, ordered something from the US it went via Germany, kept on tracking it until it was finally in the country, I still tracked it until Monday, yesterday when I went on the system to check again it said that my tracking number is incorrect, so pouf like everything else in the country it has disappeared without a trace, I tried previously to log a ticket with them and there reply was the sending party must log a ticket, I understood from a fried that there was a backlog with the dispatching of the goods, it was not a cheap parcel and now it is all gone.

Global mail , although trading under the DHL banner is one of 4 separate DHL companies which are not legally linked to each other and are standalone legal entities. In this instance , your Supplier opted for Economy international service, which is not handled by DHL Express, but rather handed over to your Local Postal services in each country to handle the delivery .
DHL Express is not in any way linked to any payment or transportation for this shipment
To track and confirm the delivery status of your shipment , you can contact Global Mail directly on ***. You may also further track your shipment with the South African Post Office on ***or to *** .
