DHL International still fails to deliver

Follow up to my previous post on DHL. After complaining on their site and Busisiwe promising to assist me in sorting out my issue all that happened is Busisiwe sent me a LOA(Letter of acceptance) and all this letter was, wanting me to [pay for the import taxes for something that was not imported and to pay DHL for either returning my parcel that they failed to deliver. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING DHL. I stand by my rating which should be zero stars as you do not assist, all you do is try and milk your customers.
