DHL International ******** or ******* ?

This company seized my TV box, from Dubai, which i paid for less than 100USD including charges from UAE to JHB, when it arrived the claimed the sender had used a wrong code to send the device and so the custom seized the box, i requested for a new code which it was sent, from DHL made it clear that i will pay over 4800 rands for the box including a penalty for the wrong code. the cost of the box was less than 1300 rand. i asked them why they were not accepting corrections sine the code was rectify the said its the way works. i had to abandon the box as i could not pay a penalty double the price of the box, DHL International and Customs must be investigated
