Useless to say the least. Have complained before as parcel sent from u.k. in January, still not received. The joke now is they blame the post office. Please at least try and sort issue out, don’t send me post office info for me to contact. Its your job, not mine. You chose to use them, just find my parcel!!!!!!

Thank you for posting to DHL Express.

Whilst I can appreciate the undue frustration this matter has caused - The Service of Global Mail shipments is not Express but a more affordable service by Economy Service .

DHL assist’s Global Mail shipments by transiting these into their destination countries, but upon arrival , and as per agreement with all Global Mail shipments , these are handed over to your Local Post office to deliver .

Please contact Global mail directly on ( ***),to provide you whereabouts of your shipment or assist you in confirming your Local tracking number . Unfortunately due to Economy Service selected for these parcels, DHL Express has limited visibility on the transit of these shipments
