DHL International MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER
<p>After numeouse weeks of waiting for our consignment, with little to no help from DHL. All our paperwork and payment were made, we still had to wait for a week for releaes of the consignment. Once the release was granted, they could only deliver the next Monday. they do not see the urgency of the customers needs. We eventually picked up our order, after waiting two hours for it. Yet they knew we were collecting it.</p>

I would like to apologise for all the inconvenience that has been caused due to the Customs delay. The shipment was stopped by Customs for inspection and the inspection is not done on the same day it is stopped, furthermore the Supplier had provided the incorrect invoice and DHL had to request the correct invoice causing further delays. As the shipment was released on Friday when the couriers were all already out we could not arrange delivery for the same day hence it would have been delivered today, but you have already collected it.
We again apologise for all the inconvenience caused to you.
