DHL International - JHB International Airport
After having issues as a parcel that arrived at JHB International on 23 December 2020 was not cleared and delivered the problem was resolved in a speedy and professional manner although the issue ended up with senior management. The problem was not DHL, but as should have been expected, with SA Customs!
